They may look bad ass, but in order to get some serious power out of them, they need mods. Thankfully, NERF makes it easy to mod these things..
The Longest Range one with a mod is last year's sniper rifle, the Longshot, it can make 100-150 feet with springs replaced and air restrictions removed. That's compared to 35 ft brand new.
That Vulcan... It can be modded to have the RoF of a US army Minigun.
Personally, I like the Maverick, cheap, easy to mod/paint, and loads of fun.
I also made a rifle out of Knex.... Enough rubber bands, and a sharpened round, and that thing could kill...
